Do I have to pay sales tax?
Yes, but only if you live in California or North Carolina.

What payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit cards and check transfers via PayPal. We choose PayPal because it's one of the most secure payment processing services available for both you and us. No, we are 100% online. If you are in or represent a band and want to call to discuss us making your merchandise you can do that. Please dial 704-951-7875 to talk to Joe. Please, - PLEASE - DO NOT to ask if we know certain bands and can hook you up etc.

How should I care for my items?
Due to the nature of the materials and washes we use to manufacture our garments, it is recommended to air dry items and wash each garment inside out on a gentle wash cycle. Please refer to all wash instructions on each garment prior to washing.
