How Do You Ship Your Orders?
Orders within the United States are shipped by the US Postal Service or UPS, our choice. Your order will usually ship within 2-5 business days from receipt by us.
How long will it take to receive my order?
We will make every effort to ship your order within 2-5 business days of receipt. During the holidays, our order processing time may increase due to delivery service backups.
-Shipping
Orders within the United States are shipped by the the US Postal Service (Priority Mail) which takes 3-5 business days depending on your location in the US or by UPS ground shipping which takes 1-5 business days depending on your location. Your order will usually ship within 2-5 business days after you receive an emailed confirmation of your order by Rightrock via your PayPal transaction. We do ship to PO boxes if it is your CONFIRMED PayPal address. We can only ship to your credit card billing address for security reasons. We will make all efforts to ship your order within 2-5 business days of receipt. We do not ship on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed that following Monday. During the holidays and Sundays, our order processing time may increase. Rightrock charges sales tax for orders shipped to North Carolina. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with state and local tax laws.
-International Shipping
We ship to the United States, Canada and most other cuntries. For orders shipped outside of the United States, your order will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Delivery times vary by destination, most orders should arrive within 21 days of shipment. All payments are made in US Dollars. The order total does not include customs duties or international taxes. The customer is responsible for any non-US taxes or import duties which may be levied by local authorities. Please check your countries import and taxation. Due to the limited availability and reliability of international tracking services, we are not responsible for lost or misdirected packages.
What if an item is out of stock?
Although every attempt is made to offer products that are currently in stock by utilizing our real time stock management software, we may go out of stock on certain items from time to time. In such a case, you will be notified by e-mail and we will ship the portion of your order that is in stock. The items that are not in stock will be cancelled from your order and you will not be charged for those items. Please check back as these items may come back in stock at a later time.
Can I return an Item?
Clothing - Yes under certain circumsatnaces.
CD's - No.
Downloaded Digital Products - No.
Returns
THERE ARE ONLY THREE REASONS FOR RETURNS:
1. Wrong Size.
2. Wrong Item Shipped.
3. Defective Item.
* All returns must be authorized BEFORE their return. *
* There are NO RETURNS for custom made merchandise. *
To receive authorization for a return, you must contact customer service at returns@rightrock.com to obtain a Return Material Authorization number known as an RMA number. All returns that are not exchanged for another item and are refunded are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please note, we do not backorder. If the requested items are not in stock by the time we process your RMA, your credit card will be refunded for the value of the items returned to our warehouse to avoid further delay on your request. (in which case the 15% restocking fee will be waived)
* All items must be returned in a new, unworn, and unwashed condition. All original tags must still be attached. Also include the original invoice with the RMA# written on it.
* Please specify the reason for the return on the original invoice.
* If you were to receive a defective item, you must notify us within 5 business days of when you received the product to qualify for a return or exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we will not authorize your return or exchange.
Once you receive your Return Material Authorization number, you must than ship the item(s) back within the specified time period (14 business days) to receive an exchange or the RMA# will become null and void. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
We do not refund shipping costs on returns and or exchanges, unless there was a processing error on our behalf. If such an error occurs we will refund up to $9.99 for return shipping.
Return material authorizations must be requested within 3 weeks of the original ship date for all domestic orders, and within 1 month of the original ship date for Canadian orders.
Pack your item(s) in the original shipping box if possible and insure your package for the full value of merchandise and return it to us using the delivery service of your choice. Include your RMA# and original invoice. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed.
